Project "Cooperation"
This project was born from the desire to create joint programs between "Initiative" and our friends. Bringing together interested people from different organizations, but united by a common goal - to help teenagers with limited health abilities - gave life to this unique "Cooperation" Project.
In the Initiative project workshops, we implement and develop our creative skills in various directions and topics. We create various handicrafts and useful items, honing our manual skills. During our project, we realized that the participants' abilities can be realized externally.
This led to a real collaboration with the "Zemlyane" workshop school
For two consecutive years (2022 and 2023), the participants manufactured real products on order with product inspection! We continue to seek ways to apply our skills. Cooperation with School "Zemlyane"
For the New Year's fair, the participants made bead and wooden bead bracelets, choosing colors, sizes, and patterns. The result was beautiful decorations that became very popular at the fair. After gaining experience, we wondered where we could apply our acquired skills. We found and contacted the "Zemlyane" Workshop School and received our first real order for bracelet production. The work was not easy, as there were specific requirements for the order, production deadlines, and quality control. The participants successfully completed the task and received their reward, while the customers received their decorations on time. Our cooperation continues, and we will keep you updated about future projects.
